Refunds and Support
At MyProfileInfo, your satisfaction is our priority. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our premium plans.
Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our premium plans. If you're not satisfied with the platform's features or functionality within the guaranteed period, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Conditions for Refunds:
- Unused Downloads: A full refund will be provided if you haven’t downloaded your resume in its final (PDF) format. This ensures you're only charged for the resume-building service, not for simply accessing templates or evaluating platform features.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties preventing you from using the platform as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you're eligible for a full refund.
- Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchase a plan and contact us within 24 hours, a full refund will be considered, provided you haven't downloaded your resume.
- Duplicate Payments: If you're charged multiple times due to a payment gateway error, please contact us, and we will process a full refund for the duplicate payments.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Downloaded Resumes: Refunds will not be issued for plans where the user has downloaded their resume in its final format, as the resume creation service has already been completed.
- Subscription Fees: While we do not currently offer subscriptions, please note that if we introduce them in the future, subscription fees will generally be non-refundable once the service period begins.

If you encounter any issues with your purchase or wish to request a refund based on the conditions outlined above, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Simply email us at myprofileinfocontact@gmail.com with the transaction date, amount, reason for your refund request, and any issues you may be experiencing.
Processing Time:
Our friendly support team will respond as soon as possible. For approved refunds, please allow up to 20 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
